Call Inc. will share the “call message” and related topics with groups, churches, businesses and other organizations.
A NOTE to churches: The biblical Greek word for church, ekklesia, literally means “called-out-ones.” It suggests that people and “call” are fundamental to what it means to be church. We don’t “go to church.” We are not “at church.” Church is not an organization, institution, or like a business or club. It is a “who not a what” (from Reggie McNeal). Therefore, it must be said that people knowing their unique calls is essential to being church. All of the Scriptural witness supports this assertion.
As more and more individuals in an organization know, understand and are able to live in the fullness of their God-given calls, the organization’s motivation, effectiveness and ability to work together will increase.
Call Inc. recommends that all organizations appoint one or more individuals to be a “Call LINK,” assisting others to discover and incorporate God’s call into all of life on an ongoing basis.
In addition when requested, Call Inc. will teach principles, tools and strategies to assist an organization in custom designing its existence around the unique calls of the individuals. These principles, tools and strategies will allow an organization to custom design tasks, projects, events and even its organizational structure, direction and vision around the unique calls of its people.
Call Inc. offers follow-up consultation for as long as needed to assist in this process. Call inc has created a four-step process for organizations who are interested in custom designing their existence around the unique calls of its people. The four-step process is:
- Introductory Workshop (for your church or organization)
- Attendance at a Custom Designed “Call” Seminar by as many individuals from your group as possible
- Attendance at Call LINK Training Session by as many individuals from your group as possible
- Follow-up Call Consultation (as needed)
