Call Mobilization Training
Call Mobilization Training will equip you and others in your setting to accomplish these goals and purposes.
- Mobilize an army of God’s people to bring Christ Jesus’ good news and His rule and reign to all people, places and to bear on all problems of the world.
- Teach and help individual people to seek and discover their unique calls and to live lives in conformity with our living Lord’s call.
- Equip people to live lives built upon the essential foundation of Jesus’ call to know, follow and uniquely serve Him in all of life… family, work, community, world and within the gathering of believers (church).
Are these your hopes and desires? Train one or more people in your setting to function as a “Call LINK.” A Call LINK combines the functions and attributes of a teacher, spiritual director, coach, vocational counselor, volunteer coordinator, trained listener, and an encourager.

Call Mobilization Training will teach and train you:
Foundational Principles:
- Scriptural Foundations: How does God accomplish His work and plans?
- Being and Doing Church? (for churches only)
Teaching, Training & Mobilizing People in Their Calls
- Creating a teaching paradigm and model for your unique context
- Discipleship… knowing, following and serving Jesus
- Conducting Call Conversations (coaching)
Practical Skills (as needed and/or requested): We will discuss whether these skills are applicable for your context.
- Interpretation and Application of a simple “Call Survey
- Vision Raising with a group
- Asset Mapping with a group
Context and Culture Considerations and Options:
- The DNA of a Call Designed Organization
- Custom Designing an organization around the unique calls of people to increase effectiveness (optional)
- Measuring “Kingdom” Effectiveness vs. Numbers (attendance, building, cash): Observing God’s Rule and Reign
In addition to the above knowledge and skills, opportunity is given for considering strategy development in one’s own context and setting. God’s people who effectively mobilize people to bring our living Lord’s rule and reign to the world may meet in gatherings that are small or large in number. They might meet in a house or a large cathedral. Every gathering of believers is unique because each one of the people in a gathering is unique.
Prerequisite: In order to attend Call Mobilization training, a person must first attend a Custom Called Seminar. Call Mobilization Training is normally offered as an additional session at the end of a Custom Called Seminar.
Call Inc is aware of the sensitivity that is required in some settings (businesses and other organizations) for those who may not be Christian, and will adapt its teaching and training as needed and requested.
